how soon do symptoms appear for pregnancy

I had sex with my partner the last day of my period that was almost 2 weeks ago. I have tender breasts now and little bit of cramping and experience a little bit of lightheadedness and nausea. I went to the doctors to do a blood test 2 days ago and it came back negative. Is it too early to detect if I'm pregnant am I just over reacting??? has anyone ever gotten pregant and have had symptoms come on this fast???
