how to increase my odds of getting pregnant

ive been married for 2 years now and my husban and i a talking about having a baby. the problem is hes millitary and is constently getting sent off for school or things like that. to make matters worse his sperm count is down 50% due to some medical reasons. so i was woundering if there was any steps i could take to try and help our odds on having a baby. Medical help is our last resort.

There are some things you can do to help increase the odds of conception.

There are only 3-5 days a month that you can become pregnant, so you need to make sure his little swimmers are going to be inside of you then.

Your best bet is to buy a fertility monitor or test kit, and see when you ovulate. Start having sex 3-4 days before ovulation, and 2-3 days after. =)
