Hi, I got allergic brochitis, that has fast developed to asthma. The doctor gave me Ventolin, and Claritine. How can I influence my condition?

Hi, if you've ever experienced an asthma attack, you know how unpleasant it is and how fearful. Living with asthma, puts you in difficult situation, because anything from strong smell to some stress can trigger an attack. At first, it is important to realize what provokes your asthma attacks and to try to avoid it. The symptoms can be cough, wheezing, and shortness of breath, along with chest tightness. Asthma is a disease of people living in cities and being exposed to many pollutants. Asthma is becoming prevalent in recent years, due to changing lifestyle of many people.
