Hi, I’ve got a cold, and I need to go to some family celebration on weekend, in 2 days. Can anyone give me advice how to get rid of cold quickly?

Hi, I can tell you what I usually do when I get a cold. If I feel like I am about to get sick, I prefer to avoid sugar in that period. Regular brushing with Hydrogen Peroxide and baking soda paste is high recommended, as it ensures you never get it at all. But, you need to follow this rule from appearance of first symptoms, until the disease is gone. Long time ago German researchers have used hydrogen peroxide to deal with colds and the flu, and they were successful, but as many other inventions this data has been ignored for over 60 years. It is scientifically proven that vitamin C in large doses is very efficient against the common cold.
