Hello

I used to have a brisk walk every evening. After walking for 8-10 minutes usually I get hives over my arms and face specially the forehead which usually disappears within 20-30 minutes. I consulted few doctors but none able to identify the reason for this allergic reactions.

Yesterday, it was unusual that while walking it was little breezy, after 10 minutes I noticed all my face tissue are swelled up along wth my arms to the degree I can sense the swelling when I open my mouth. I got afraid and went to take rest, after one hour things become normal.

I read somewhere about seriousness of anaphylactic shock and seems my allergic reactions are close to it, would you please let me know what kind of medication or prevention I can do to be away from this fatal reactions.
