Hello! I have just started having sex with my girlfriend. We were both virgins before we had sex for the first time. I keep hearing that some guys can last longer How do I reach that stage? I do ejaculate pretty fast!

I think this is normal for all beginners. But it is tru that practice makes perfect. You will learn in time. You need to exercise on your pelvic muslses. Try during masturbation and while urinating to control the muscle. You do that by stopping the flow a couple of times. That way you will understand the work of the muscles, and may be able to control them. This is at least how I did it, and then I practiced during masturbation.
