As I understand, dilaudud may cause physical dependence! How do I take this drug but avoid the dependence and all the side effects? Also, what shouldn’t I be mixing this drug with?

You have to work with a doctor who prescribed you this drug. Side effects can’t be anticipated, so you can’t actually prevent them. If any of the side effects appear, report them to your doctor. You definitely need to avoid alcohol as the drug can intensify the effects, and report any other medications you are taking as they may alter the effects of dialudid.
