how uncommon is it to become pregnant on the first day of yo

I am almost 100 percent sure i got pregnant on March 3rd , which was also the first day of my period that month, also my period still lasted the normal 5 days it usually does . I've been to the doctors and i am pregnant but even the doctor says i'm probably mistaken on the date of conception , but i really cant be ....trust me ....so now i'm wondering how rare this is and if i should be worried about any extra problems because of it, also anyone else out there have the same experience?

well, it can happen, but yes it's uncommon. because usually by that time in your cycle, the egg is dead. but, it has happened. and no, you shouldn't have any problems. don't worry. just stay healthy. congradulations on your pregnancy. and good luck.
