does anyone know why i feel constant hunger,nausseous an empty feeling in the pit of my tummy and light headedness on and off for hours at a time its been happening for ten days now[/i]

i've been feeling like that lately...apparently it can be the change in temperature in the atmosphere? or stress? I don't know but it really scares me!
