hurting overies-more than usual-- does this mean menopausal?

i'm getting older 42, never had children, haven't had any female problems before-severe cramping, cysts, etc.. was wondering if sore or hurting overies means anything- more than usual soreness. usually before, only had soreness last a day -now it is three days. maybe i'm just paranoid, dunno? wondering if it's a sign that i'm going into menopause...hope not!
