can i use hydrocortison on my foreskin while it is cracked and bleeding or should i wait for it to heal first..which otc cream should i use,, and how often should i stretch the skin,,also will it shrink back after i stop using the cream?,thank you for any replys..

Yes, I believe Betamethasone is a common hydrocortisone cream used for that. Neosporin is also a favorite. It is used in a wrapping placed around the wound of children's circumcisions during their healing period. Good luck.
