Hello, my son has ear problems, it looks like secretion in that area is stronger than before and that happens since the last flu. His ears get clogged from time to time and he complains that his hearing has worsened. Can I use hydrogen peroxide for clearing up the clogged ears?

The best way to deal with that is to completely cure the infection that leads to that increased secretion. That secretion tells us that the organism is protecting itself from the infection by creating the protective material. As for the hydrogen peroxide, try with that, but I think that a short consultation with a doctor will give you all the help you need.

I was told by a family member to use hydrogen peroxide to clean out my ears. I tried it and wound up with a fungus in my ear from the peroxide. Use alcohol!
