You should have called them first and asked them what sort of vegetarian are they for you know there are different vegetarians recipes that would fit to a different sort of vegetarian. The thing is you have vegetarian that don't eat not only meat but also fish, and yet again there are also vegetarians that don't eat an animal product including milk, cheese, eggs and so on. So you see there is a whole bunch of vegetarian recipes but who knows what would fit your guests needs but basically if you prepare some vegetarians recipes based on grass, vegetables and fruits it would be ok, it is only one dinner –they won't starve- so just to make sure you have prepared vegetarians recipes the right way don't have meat, fish, eggs, milk or cheese on the menu to tonight.

Well at least this is not a big philosophy-just don't eat those products on daily bases I know it is hard to change the habits so sudden but I should worn you about some very serious consequences if those hydrogenated vegetable oil frequent usage-it may cause high levels of cholesterol and triglycerides that usually damages blood vessels and may very easily cause some serious heart condition such as hearth attack. So take this seriously and watch out on how you use margarines, cream cheese and all that hydrogenated vegetable oils for you know it is not just about cholesterol it is about different type of cancer also for you know those hydrogenated vegetable oil are usually enriched with emulsion, colorings and so on and if it is used in large amount than it is not good at all. Just try to have some thin amount of margarine or cream cheese on your bread piece and that would be enough.
