| Hello there, I really need your help. I'm doing some article on hypnosis and I need some facts on that topic. How should I start a good hypnosis research? Where can I find some hypnosis materials? I need some basic stuff for my article, nothing too complex, but I need it now, so please help. |

| To be honest, it's hard to speak about hypnosis in simple terms. There are several definitions. Some say it's a distant biological capacity, by some it's a regression to an early stages of life to protect one's Ego. Altered state of functioning, cortical inhibition, state of suggestibility, there are countless scientific, medical and other explanations of hypnosis. The best thing for your article would be information you can find on internet, perhaps a medical explanation would sound most reasonable. |
