| Hi there, I have a question for you. My friends and I are interested in hypnosis. Actually, we would like to try it sometimes, but we wish to get some informations about it first. We don't want to make something stupid. Anyway, we require some hypnosis training, so I would like you to explain it to me a bit more. |

| We could say that hypnosis is one of several great mysteries of human mind. Even today, after so much research and study, we don't know the exact nature and mechanism of hypnosis. Even though many medical institutions and associations don't approve of hypnosis, and firmly stand against hypnosis training for those without medical knowledge, there are many ways for anyone to teach themselves some basics in this topic. There are courses, CD's for instant learning, video types, all sort of stuff that enables you to perform hypnosis training at home. Just be careful, it's not something to play with. |
