hypothyroidism after goiter removal

i had a large goiter removed 3 years ago and were put on armour thyroid medicine. i have since gained 20 pounds and are constipated, brittle nails, slow moving etc, etc. my tsh level is normal range 1.19 and T4 6.2 and T3 39. should i take more armour than one 30 mg tablet per day?
