hysterectomies accompanied with abdominoplasty

I need to have a hysterectomy. Because I have already had a total of three previous incisions due to child birth and myomectomy, there is a lot of scar tissue. I was told that because of this, I would probably need a vertical incision instead. Would I be able to have a tummy tuck at this time since I'm already being cut?
