i am 14 and have a small lump on my testical help!

hey,
i am 14 years old and have noticed a very small lump on the the top left side of my right testical at about 10 o clock i have had it for about 5 months now and it hasent changed i am getting very woried about it i know it is very rare for men my age to have tc but can u let me know how rare it is by a chart of someting and pleas let me know what this mght be and what i hould do

heyy i hav the same thing but this just happen yesterday and im sht scared so idk im goin to docs tmrw so ill mlet u no


ps mine happen when i hot my riht testie into a pole
