dear dr
i am 21 and it is a long time that im suffering from abdominal pain for a long time.its not like a pain most of the time but i feel uncomfort in my stomach.
also i have anal fissure which im using anti hemorrhoid for it.
sometimes my stool is hard and sometimes soft and i think it has got the normal colour.(maybe a little dark)
there is 2 times that i have seen red things in my stool that i guess it should be blood.
because i think it could be the symptoms of the colon cancer im really worried about that.
do you think am i affected to cancer and r these the symptoms of cancer or not?
as i know we have no previous record of colon cancer on our family and relevants.
