i.have.a.relatively.normal.life.but.i.often.feel.like.no.one.cares.that.i.exist.i...at.random.moments.i.get.overwhelmed.by.unreasonable.anxiety.and.my.head.is.filled.with.thoughts.that.almost.make.me.wonder.if.i.might.be.crazy....also.i.have.crying.spells.for.no.reason.about.every.two.weeks......what.can.i.do.to.better.myself?.its.getting.harder.to.deal.with.the.sadness....im.only.17.and.if.this.keeps.up.im.afraid.life.on.my.own.will.be.too.much.to.handle.....plz.help.
