Hi. Generally women get there period 10-16 days after ovulation, usually 10-14 average. If you had signs of ovulation on the 3-7, you probably ovulated on the 7th (maybe 8th) - ovulation usually occurs on the last day you notice egg-white cervical mucous. Implantation happens at 6-10 days after ovulation, over 80% on day 8 or 9.
So, if you ovulated on the 7th and have a luteral phase (time between ovulation and period) of 14 days then your period would have been due on the 21st. I would wait a few more days and if your period doesn't show then take another HPT (make sure you buy one with a high sensitivity 20-25mIU). If this is negative and you are still concerned, head to the doctor for a blood test. Also, if you are stressing about your late period you could cause it to become even later, and it is also not too uncommon just to skip a cycle
