i been haveing pain and hard to urineate i have had pieces of white discharge in my urine

i am 28 i am married i been haveing cronic yeast infections and pain when i urineate well the past two weeks
i was ill i been haveing pain in my abdominal area and trying to urineanate drops come out been going atleast 5 times a day and i was checking it.

well i had a idea to pee in a cup to see how dark my urine was i thought it was high sugar in my urine and i seen white pieces of discharge in my urine floating all around in the urine and i did it again and the second time i seen it had a red perticals in my urine the dr said to me it is the papaloma virus and that is normal i am not sure i am getting a seocnd therory on this what do you think it could be ?

and could i die from this does this cause cancer ?
and what is it i was only with my husband and we never had other sexual partners but he is dieabetic could that of caused this to happen when he wasreleaseing his cum could that caused the papaloma virus?
