i can hardly breathe,help me!

I don't know since when i have this weird thing happening to me...it's my nose...it is very sensitive to sudden change of the temperature...like when i walk out of my room with the air conditional open, from cold to hold in a sudden, my nose will start to secret mucus...and it wont stop, it flows like water out of my nose and it will only stop about half an hour after i get out of my room. I don't know what is the problem..can anyone help me?... Crying or Very sad
