| ok well pretty new, just came across this site and seem very informative, so i figure i ask for some help. I'm 27 years old and my problem is that i constantly get this long erections all the time and not at the most apropiate times, specially when i am at work. I will get them threw out the day for an hour or so, to the point that i sometime when i'm at work i have to go home during my lunch cause it hurts so bad. guess my question is , is there something i could do to prevent this, medicine or whatever? I am not that sexually active at the moment meaning i don't go out looking to get laid every weekend, but do have a very active lifestyle with work and exercising, i had the same problem when i was with my ex gf, we would have sex a few times a day, before work, after and so on and stil had the same problem. Main reason why we split up, constantly arguing about her thinking she couldnt satisfy me. any advice or help would be really apreciated. |

| if it's painful you should definitely get it checked out, kind of sounds like priapism, but that's when it just won't go away at all. Beyond that my only advice is practice your mental math, that's what I do when I want to get rid of an erection, always works. |
