I doubt thats cum... What is coming out of you is probably just discharge. All girls do that, its the natural way the vagina cleans itself. It MIGHT be you getting wet though if you are aroused... thats possible to.

Yeah that happens to me too sometimes, like the other person said its prob discharge what you can do though to make yourself feel cleaner and whatnot is to buy some pantiliners theyre like pads but thinner so you might not feel them! I hope this helps and good luck! Very Happy

And to answer your question, it is most likely some sort of discharge. Unless it has a strange color or odor, its nothing to worry about.
