hi there i need your help hope you will help me i get discharged so early why is soo and i m not even satisfied from it well i m doing masterbation regularly on monthly basess i think tat effect me so wt can i do now plz help me out coz i m getting married and i hope you will help me plz also tell me how can i do it for more time without using any tablets

What do you mean when you say that masturbation affects you?
I don’t think masturbation would affect you in bad way unless you are over-masturbating. Masturbation could teach you how to last longer but you need to recognize this moment when you are going to ejaculate (discharge) and that hold it.
This you can do by holding your pelvic muscles. You can practice this when you pee. Try to hold your flow for some seconds and then reliese it again. It is the same with the discharge. When you feel it coming, hold it, calm down and then continue masturbating.
