i dont know whats happening with my body?

I occasionally get very bad chest pain ( like i am being hugged really tight).
Recently i have been getting an awful feeling where i will be just watching tv or sitting down normally, and it feels like my heart is dropping into my stomach and my i start to pulsate.
But the pulse isnt coming from my chest it feels like its coming from my stomach.
i also get light headed
And no im definitly not pregnant!
