i dont think my fore-skin is pulling back all the way.

i am a 14 year old boy, and when i get an erection i have to pull my forskin back (it doesnt just slide back). when i pull it back it doesnt go past the gland (the pinkish part). there are 2 pices of skin atached to the top and bottem of the gland. i need help to know if this is right

It's not unusual for a foreskin not to retract by itself when you have an erection, although it should retract when pulled back. The foreskin should retract past the glans, and you may need to exercise it over a few weeks to allow this to happen. Does it retract fully when you are soft? I'm sure your penis is perfectly normal, so please don't worry. John
