i feel cramps and then fluttering in my stomach

i know i should probably go to the doctor but i don't have money at the moment and i wanted to post my question here and see if anyone could help me or give me a good opinnion...
lets see where should i start... ok when i was 20 they detected a uterine polyp and i had it removed vaginally... i've never been regular with my period but about 6 months ago my period got regular and its been kept regular so since its regular i thought i now had a chance of getting pregnant so i decided to go on the birth control pill because at the moment i have my neice and nephew as foster children and i'm unsure as to what's going to happen to them so anyways after i got on the birth control pill i started feeling extra nauseous so i stopped it but restarted again 3 days after having stopped it, and now i keep having terrible cramps and i keep feeling a fluttering feeling in my stomach after the cramps and when i bend down or sit (and my period is on and off like one day i'll have it and one day i won't) i don't know if this could be another polyp or cyst.. but my sister keeps thinking i'm pregnant (but i doubt this)... i'm 22 at the moment and i'm scared because i really don't want it to be another polyp... if anyone could answer, please help
