Hi, I am feeling fat and ugly after he dumped me. Why does it have to be that way? I used to love my hair and nails, but it just doesn’t seems attractive anymore to me.

Hi, you need to remember that you had good time with him, but your relationship is over, It’s not easy to accept why it happened, who or what changed and why didn’t you see it coming.
You need to figure out the hardest aspects of your break up. You will feel like he didn’t love you back, and like you were deceiving yourself. Now, you are on lonely terrain knowing that one such person as him wasn’t right for you. Some people tend to be very hurt by what other say when breaking up. Usually, horrible, awful things are said in moment of anger and you are hut for all time.
