Hi i am 39 night years old and i had a termination on the 15th November. I have had two periods one in december and one in january but both were very light. I hardly bleed at all really although after the termination i bleed for three weeks and i was heavy.

I was at the doctors last week because my period for February never came and i have done several pregancy test but they all showed negative. I stuffer from a B12 deficencey and my doctor did a pregancy test last week and it was negative.

I have been having hot flushes and my tummy is bloated all the time (i look pregnant) and i generally feel that my body is changing. I know that i am probably just paranoid but i keep thinking i'm fat.

Please can you help?
