i m 26 yr old.i m mastrubating since 14 yrs of age. on frequent nights while sleeping it ejaculates itself , i feel guilty on ejaculation in the sleep, in the morning also feel weakness. due this practices i feel nervousness through whole day and can not work confidently , i feels weakness whole the day. this happening i want to remove completely. so plz give me precise guidance?

Well, this happens to all men. Considering you have been masturbating since you were 14, these wet dreams should have subsided after experiencing regular orgasms from masturbation and sex. Most so called wet dreams occur in teenagers but it can happen in non-teenagers as well. There is nothing wrong with this.
It is quite possible that you feel nervous and weak because you are feeling guilty. You shouldn’t be feeling guilty because this happens to all of us and is not considered to be abnormal but just a natural thing.
I suppose that it will decrease in numbers once you stop obsessing about it.
When it happens, take a shower and go normally to work. There is nothing wrong with you.
