i got white bump small itchy on my arm and spreading

i got these wight bump out of now where they are small like razer bump and itchy on my arm and spreading some have pose (cant help but to scratch) i dont know what to use i not sure but can it be from my foot i have lil bumps there too but there only itch when sweaty
i'm using a anti-fungal cream i dont know it its working or not its still itchy could i apply anti-itch after the anti-fungal
