i had infections but 3 or 4 weeks late in my period

im sexually active and i have been 3 0r 4 weeks late in my period. my last period was august 4, so i should be expecting it on the 1st week of september but now, its october and still no periods. i had infections like itching and yellow discharge so i took medicines given to me by the doctor, and took a pregnancy test and negative results. I am also has lack of sleep and have eating disorder due to my job, shifting hours. Could these be the reason why im so delayed? i feel like to vomit sometimes but i just ignored it, my nipples hurt when i touch it. please help me? could i pregnant? is it still normal for me to delay in 4 weeks already due to stress..
