i can't swallow food properly my voice is harsh, i can see hair in my nasal discharge.i have foul smell coming from my mouth .it had taken my confidence down.i can feel something like hair propably moving in my throat while swallowing.i can hear bone crunchingsounds when imove my neck.please help me i feel regretedd of my action to lick my own penis please help me to get rid of it. Crying or Very sad .can you provide me some tips to get rid of these problems.please......

Licking your own penis (I'm not sure how you even managed this!) would not cause these problems unless you are extremely unclean and harbouring bacteria under the foreskin. If it did cause a problem, millions of people around the world who give blowjobs wouldbe suffering.
