i have a cyst on my left testical but i don't have any pain

i have a cyst and it doesn't hurt at all i went to a docter when it was smaller and he told me it was nothing to worry about now it alot bigger and im not sure what to do

It depends on what kind of cyst it is. It could be a cyst on top of the epididymis, a tube that lies on the testicle or hydrocele, a fluid filled sac between the testicle and the scrotal wall. Epididymal cysts are called spermatocele and if they grow they could casue discomfort when clots are being rubbed against it. They are usually left alone but if they get bigger and uncomfortable, they can be removed by a procedure called spermatocele aspiration.
Hydrocelle can make scrotum looks like a balloon. They may be left intact as well but if they continue to grow, they can be drained too.
If the cyst is annoying and you want it fixed, you should talk to your doctor again.
