i have a lump on my left testicle help please

i am 14. I have had a lump on my testicle for almost 3 years now.its been staying the same size.i talked to my mom about she thought i was just going through puberty.I also get pains around my penis sometimes.


symptoms:

pain in left testicle (strong enough to make me sy ouch in public.

makes something under my rib hurt .

my area around my penis get sore monthly or so.

dont think i can produce sperm.

i have erections often and no sign of sperm.

never gotten sick off of it.

i realy hope it is a benign tumor and i wont have to worry about it in life.so i pray i am not sterile so i have kids one day.
