it looks kind of like a pimple but its a lil wider.
im scared, and i havent have sex before.
or kissed someone in a long time. i havent share nothing w/ others, but drinks. what should i do?

There is nothing you should do. The pimple you have is probably just a sebaceous cyst or an ordinary pimple. There are many oil glands on the penis and testicles and these glands secrete a substance called sebum. This substance is secreted onto the skin to lubricate it and keep it from drying. Sometimes, there is excessive production of sebum that starts accumulating under the skin and forms these little so called cysts.
Although they could be squeezed sometimes, you shouldn’t do that because they can get infected and become even bigger and hurt.
There is nothing wrong with having these, they are considered a normal variant of the skin. If it bothers you way too much you could ask a doctor to take care of it but it is quite possible that others will form too.
