last month i skipped my period on purpose with the pill. now 2 weeks later, i'm having constant tightness like cramps and light pink/ brown spotting for about the past three or four days. i also am really tired lately after just sitting around all day, and am getting headaches more often too.
i dont know if i'm just imagining this, but it also seems that i have the urge to go to the restroom more often. but the thing is i'm on birth controle, so i dont know if i really could be pregnant or not. another factor that i dont know would matter or not would be that my mom got preggo with both me and my sister while she was on b.c. i'm only 16 and i actually thought i was being careful untill my body started being crazy. please please hepl me... |

Hi there.
You can get pregnant while on the pill. It is a very slim chance but a chance nonetheless. My sister in law got pregnant with her 1st while being on the pill. He was a completely healthy baby boy. If you don't want to get pregnant that I suggest using an alternative method such as a condom.
If your symptoms progess and you do not receive your period than I would take an HPT. If that is negative, and you still don't see your period, I'd go to your doctor. I hope this helps and good luck to you dear. |
