i have been bleeding on and off for 2 years, every month.. H

Embarassed I am 21 years old have 2 children. after giving birth 2 years ago to my second child, i have been bleeding nearly every month. I don't know why. Sometimes it is like a clot and sometimes not.

Routine for me is. 3 days bleeding 1-2 days rest and then bleed again all in 1 month. Anyone have advice or something.
