i have five days that my breast hurt.could be pregnant.

I am tring to have a baby and last month my piriod came five days early and that never happend now twenty three days .it have been five days since my brast look a littlle bigger and they hurt should i wait and see if my piriod comes beacase i did a test and it came out negative is still posible for me to be pregnant.
