i have lumps on both testicles, and slight pain

Hi i am a 22 year old male and i am worried. i have two lumps, one on each testicle. i really can't tell if they are hard or soft. i guess you can say hard. they give me a dull ache. i really don't know what to do, i have no health insurance. so i am not able to go to the doctor. Can you give me any advice?

The lumps you found could be just a normal anatomical part of your testicle that you didn’t notice before.

Do the lumps ache when you press on them or without a cause? Testicles are sensitive anyway, so a mild pressure and the following ache can make guys start “tripping”.

There is a tube that lies on the top and at the back of each testicle. This tube is called epididymis and serves to store semen before it is ejaculated. It is a lumpy tube whose lumps can be felt by touching. These lumps can get bigger if they get inflamed but rarely both of the tubes get inflamed. This goes for all other possible complications.

Swellings, lumps, cancer never invade both testicles at the time.

It is advised though for every lumps to be seen by a doc, so I would suggest you saw one even if you had to pay for an appointment. At least, your mind will be clear and you will be able to concentrate on other, more important things.
