hi, i am having sever pain in my stomach since this year. It happens atleast once a month. it starts by night & last for the whole night till dawn. i use to vomit only(4-5or6times) in the begining but now i feel dizzy and swet. the pain moves in circle. i went to a nearby doctor who gave a injection and few tab and it was over. i did not have a proper check up so far. just wanna know wt could be the reason & if i really need some long term treatment?
