i started having little pimples in my genital region. the pimples are painless and small but are very hard to pop and when i do pop them a solid puss thing comes out and then they always bleed afterwords. what could this be?

Me too! I pop them and like a solid white ball comes out...they dont hurt and they always beeld...and far as I can tell I never had them until I let a chick wax my pelvic bone once!
