I just don't know what to feel and do. I am lost, sad and confused. I have been bulimic for 4 years now and I go back and forth between anorexia and bulimia. I stopped throwing up over the summer, but I found myself not eating. I felt fat, although all my friends tell me that I have lost too much weight, and that I am skinny. I fell stupid and ugly.
Hey look you are not stupid, weak nor ugly. You just have to work on your self-esteem, if you don’t feel good about yourself you are going to start doing it again and again. The best you can do is to accept yourself for who you are. And it would be great to seek for help.
