i m a 19 years old male.i m mastrubating from a age of 13or before.now i m very thin,bones r weak,some mantle problem also like lake of concentration,i mastrunate 7or many time much more time before then i tried to stop it but cant after 2 or 4 days i start mastrubating again & when do, do it 7 or 8 thimes how can stop it & if i stop mastrubating i gain weight im only 47kg at the age of 19 pls help Crying or Very sad
