If he is finishing inside of you... The chances of you getting pregnant are VERY HIGH... Unless either of you is infertile or you are on birth control.

If you are very worried about this... I suggest teaching your husband to wrap it up (condom) and play safe...

Sex can still be enjoyable with a condom... Or birth control...
