my period ame last mont 6-27-06 today is 7-31-06 my period hasn't come full blown but i since yesterday 7-30-06 i have had very light spotting when i got to the restroom mystomach feels full all the time.i am always tired what does this mean

What was the first day of your last period not when it ended, when did it start? And what date did you have sex?
