i need to lose weight within 3 months , how can i lose as much as possible but in a healthy way?

hey, I'm sure you've heard this story before but it never gets old. I'm 15 years old, almost 5'2'' and I weigh 130 lbs. It's the beginning of summer and school just got out. Through out the school year I've tried to lose weight because although I may not be considered "fat" Embarassed I am still the "biggest" of my group. I joined my school's track team and lost a few lbs but now that it's over I gained it back. I run about a mile a day, but I would like to lose weight faster and more of it. Any suggestions? What I should eat, maybe? I would LOVE to come back to school, not as the biggest anymore. PLZ HELP! Sad

heyy i am 14 yeaars old and i weigh almost 180 pounds n i need 2 loose weight in 3 months. i am going to staart a strict diet n i really wanna lose 20 to 30 pounds n i wish i can its going to be sooo hard Sad

I am currently trying to lose as well...I follow the weight watchers plan.. I don't go to the meetings. Basically you need 8 glasses of water a day!!! FIve to ten veggies a day and some fruit. High protein fewer carbs. Portion size. A serving of meat is the size of a deck of cards or the size of the palm of your hand. I have been doing for a month now and have lost 17 pounds. NEVER eat after 7 pm.... and when you get up in the morning down a huge glass of water and eat high protein breakfast ie...hard boiled egg, toast yogurt and a fruit. I always eat a huge breakfast and a medium size lunch and a small supper. Never make yourself feel stuffed and you should never feel hungry.. You should always feel satisfied! Im 13 and im 5' and i weigh 129.2 LB i want to loose about 10 pounds and i have tryed everything but it just seems not to work and i dont know what to do because my ma doesnt want to help me so do you people have any advice???

I was posting a reply to another post and decided the information would only be seen by a select few so I thought I would post a new topic in hopes it would reach more people.

My suggestion is to search for the keywords Joe Dillon Difference first. He has the who, what, why, where, hows. Joe Dillon is a motivational speaker whose focus is better health through a diet plan that promotes high protein and low carbs SIMILAR to Atkins but not. I recommend that if you have the opportunity you must take it and go listen to him speak. My employer got him to speak with our employees and another companys employees so that may be a suggestion you could add to your suggestion box at work. It was very beneficial not only to us as individuals but it really did increase overall production for the simple fact that we felt better. Most of the office employed one aspect or another and a few went all the way with his program. We have visited him and heard him speak several times to the satisfaction of our boss.

Then search for Life Extension. Dillon promotes the supplements found at the other website because they are 'pharmaceutical grade' products. Basically that means there are no additives that can be found in the same products bought at a retail store. Because of the quality these products are more expensive. To each their own, I say.

I also tried the program and did as much as I could to follow it and I really did notice the difference in how I felt overall and I lost 28 pounds. However I didnt stick to it for my own reasons. I want to share the information cuz I know when a person finds something that works for them they want others to know about it. I still try to do what I can but my current financial situation cant support it in full force. Personally I wish to do it all the way not just a little here and there. BUT THATS ME.

The purpose for my post is to get people who are constantly seeking or hoping for that miracle pill or plan that will practically melt the pounds off in their sleep and cause no adverse affects to realize that right now it aint out there. Maybe someday, but not now. And in the meantime this is a sensible way to get started. I know how it is to want so badly to lose the weight, try, and get discouraged because the 'new fad' plan didnt work. Its an emotional roller coaster.

Food for thought: Have you noticed that in almost all of the diet fads, pills teas, creams, etc they all say somewhere, possibly in the finest print, that their product will work most effectively with a healthy diet and excersize plan? Mmmk... See where Im goin with this? You know how every now and again in these posts you'll see a few words lit in blue representing a link? I clicked on one and it led me to a site advertising their Wu-Yi tea and how it 'may' help you this or help you that. At the VERY bottom there is the exact above statement. Well if all I need is a healthy diet and excersize program, why do I REALLY need this tea...? (Nothing negative being implied toward this site.)

You Dont need to lose weight you should be confident because i weigh twice as that i would give anything to have your weight

So i'll be 16 in less than a month & i weigh about 158lbs. I'm going on an uber cool vacation in April and i want to look awesome and weigh around 130-140lbs. I already exercise like mad (well used too) and i lost around 10lbs.. but gained almost all of it back over Christmas. i really need to find my motivation again and start getting serious. anyways, hopefully i can get my binging upder control too, cause i know everything to do i just need to APPLY myself Wink

Hey im 13, 4'10 - '11 and weigh 99.4 lb and recently I have been getting a bit chubby/ flabby around my stomach, i was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on how i could loose the flab, any exercises or magical foods:D i,m not rich so can't afford anytypes of pill so anything pricey. hopefully someine can help me?!
