I had my son 3 months ago and now it's possible that i could be pregnant again. What are some ways that i can tell if i am or not since my period hasn't returned yet. Please help!

i had my daughter the middle of june. she was my third daughter. my last period was 9-9-06 my boobs are very sore, but i am terrified to take a test. have you found out about yours yet?
